Puglia, Italy
Nestled in the heel of Italy’s boot, Puglia is a region rich in culture, history, and remarkable natural beauty. What truly sets Puglia apart is not only its incredible food, world-class wine, and distinct traditions but also the warmth and authenticity of its people. Puglia is special due to its unique and charming architecture, such as the iconic trulli houses, and its extensive, beautiful coastline featuring a wide variety of stunning beaches.
The region is also renowned for its rich culinary heritage, particularly its exceptional production of high-quality olive oil and distinctive local dishes that reflect centuries of tradition. Additionally, Puglia beautifully blends ancient history with stunning towns, all while offering a less commercialized, more authentic and serene atmosphere compared to many other parts of Italy.
Our retreats are thoughtfully designed to help you explore and experience new places and activities without requiring you to handle any of the planning or effort. One of our retreat participants shared, “This is the first time I haven’t had to think in so long. All I had to do was decide what I would eat for lunch and what souvenirs I wanted to take home.”

RETREAT OFFERINGS
Movement and Meditation
Movement is medicine for our body and mind. Our morning exercises are designed to provide physical support needed to energize us for the day's activities ahead. Through guided meditation, we will thoughtfully set clear intentions for the experiences we are about to encounter. In the evening, we will come together to reflect on the day's journey and prepare our minds and bodies for restful sleep and deep rejuvenation. On select days throughout the retreat, we will have the special opportunity to welcome local guest instructors who will lead us in enriching movement and meditation sessions, adding variety and fresh perspectives to our practice.
Farm to Table Cuisine
Food is a universal language that we all understand, one that beautifully connects us to each other and to the rich cultures we are exploring. Our breakfasts will be light and simple, just as Italians traditionally enjoy in the morning. Local chefs will prepare most dinners using fresh produce sourced from nearby farms. For lunch, we will visit charming restaurants that showcase a wonderful variety of authentic local cuisine. Fall in love with the food in the Puglia region of Italy, where every bite nourishes not only the belly but also the soul, creating memorable experiences that linger long after the meal is finished.
Accommodations
Our home for the week is a charming and unique Masseria, an authentic country resort that truly immerses you in the heart of nature. The rooms offer peaceful views overlooking the lush garden and many pomegranate trees. This beautiful estate is nestled quietly in the very heart of the region and proudly showcases the rich culture of the lands, which have long been known for their vital and historic crops, making it one of the most grain-rich areas in the countryside. Throughout your stay, you will be surrounded by ancient olive trees that play a significant role in creating a serene, natural atmosphere, inviting reflection and calm. You will have ample opportunities to unwind completely, whether by relaxing beside the inviting pool or taking leisurely walks along the peaceful paths through the tranquil natural surroundings.
The Masseria also features a wellness spa, where you can unwind and rejuvenate by enjoying amenities such as the sauna, a traditional Turkish bath, and invigorating therapy showers. Additionally, there is a swimming pool equipped with hydromassage jets, a peaceful relaxation area offering herbal tea tasting, and the option to receive various types of soothing massages.
